If you need to cancel your appointment you have 24 hrs to do so, if you do not cancel within 24 hrs before your scheduled appointment you will be charged 50% of the lash set you selected to the card on file. Also with no shows, 50% of the lash set you selected will be charged to the card on file. After you no show, you will have to pay in full before booking future appointments. There is a 15 min grace period, after that your appointment will be canceled and you will be considered a no show.. your card will be charged 50% of the service you selected with the card on file.
